Working with our partners we aim to extend our Academy offer in 2026 through the provision of a leadership community of practice. This community will enable systems leadership course participants to actively participate in further professional development, co-mentoring and exchange of real-world insight and experiences.

 

In addition, we wish to provide opportunity for teams that are seeking to deliver specific impacts to access IRC’s expertise in fostering collective action through counsel, advice and coaching. Our overriding goal at the Academy is to effectively support systems leaders work in ways that better ensure effective public services for everyone. More to come on this soon.
